Abstract

1418525 Chain gearing COPYER CO Ltd 12 Nov 1973 [16 Nov 1972] 52460/73 Heading F2Q A sub-body 13, such as a drying machine, is adapted to be detachably secured to a main body 10, such as a copying machine by latch members 17, 18, and a sprocket 24 is mounted in the main body 10 so that it projects outwardly of the end surface 11a of the body 10 and is driven by a chain 22 within body 10 and is adapted to engage and drive a chain 26 within sub-body 13. A tension sprocket 27 engages the chain 26. Each upper latch member 17 is pivottally mounted and its end 17a is spring-pressed into engagement with a pin 15. Recesses 18a in latch members 18 are adapted to engage pins 16.
