1414800 Reforming catalyst STANDARD OIL CO 30 Nov 1972 [17 Dec 1971] 55288/72 Heading B1E [Also in Division C5] A naphtha that has already been partially reformed is further reformed in the presence of hydrogen over a catalyst comprising a porous refractory inorganic oxide, a hydrogenation component and 0.05 to 3% wt of gallium. The refractory oxide may be alumina, the hydrogenation component a metal of Group VI, an oxide of a metal or Group VI or a noble metal of Group VIII, and may also contain a halide.
