1411154 Clutch control NISSAN MOTOR CO Ltd 3 April 1973 [12 April 1972] 15938/73 Heading F2L An electric clutch control for a motor vehicle comprises a clutch disengaging solenoid 10 which is energized by simultaneous closure of a gear shift lever switch 14 and a switch 22 which is closed when engine manifold depression is above a predetermined value. The solenoid 10 may disengage the clutch by direct mechanical action or may actuate a hydraulic or pneumatic clutch disengaging system.
