Abstract
1407509 Range finders CARL ZEISSSTIFTUNG 10 Jan 1973 [31 Jan 1972] 1279/73 Heading J A split-image range finder for an opticalelectronic detector 9, e.g. connectable at small technical display to image intensifiers, television intensifiers, infrared image converters and thermal radiation image detectors comprising a base with two entrances 13, 14 and exit 15 divided in the direction of the base, double mirrors or reflecting prisms 2, 3 and 4, 5, a distance focusing lens 7 common to both partial ray paths at the exit and a parallax adjustment device at one entrance, is characterized by a separating stop 8 for the ray paths arranged between the focusing lens and the image plane of the range finder and disposed in the direction of the light; the lens is preceded by a reflector stop 6 and the pick-up surface of the detector is disposed in the image plane. Stop 8 has a dispersive surface and is shiftable in the direction of arrows 12, and the distance adjustment of lens 7 in the direction of arrows 10 may be coupled with the parallax adjusting device 1.
