Abstract

1407403 Combs HOOVER Ltd 22 Sept 1972 [30 Sept 1971] 45581/71 Heading A4V [Also in Division A5] The hollow hair treating implement receives ducted air and delivers it through apertures 35, and comprises a polystyrene upper part, Fig.1, having a spigot adaptor 10 for receiving a hose and a lower part, Fig.6, having hair treating projections (e.g. comb teeth 33 or nylon brush bristles). The ducted air may be warm. The assembled upper and lower parts are located by lugs 40 and 41 and resiliently engaged by members 45 and 16. Downward pressure on member 50 which extends from the lower part up through an aperture 23 in the upper part releases the engagement of the two parts.
