987,730. Mop and like holders. E. J. CZERNIAWSKI. Nov. 27, 1963 [Jan. 7, 1963], No. 772/63. Heading A4F. [Also in Division B4] A device for cleaning floors comprises a head 1 capable of receiving different forms of cleaning devices, e.g. brushes, mops or rubber strips, and a handle 8 formed integral with or detachable from the head 1. The head 1 comprises a frame 2, 3, 4 which defines spaces 5, 6, in which a cleaning device or devices, such as brushes 12, Fig. 4, may be received and retained in position. In a further example side pieces are attached to the frame members 2 and 4 to assist in the retention of cleaning devices, such as mops.
