Abstract

1405226 Bus bar protection system ELGE-VEBKEN AB 30 Nov 1973 [5 Dec 1972] 55551/73 Heading H2E A bus bar (3) protection system comprises panels 1 mounted on the bar by flanges 5, 6, slots 8 being provided to expose the bar for the connection of apparatus, the slots being at least as long as the spark length. The apparatus may be secured by a clamp 10 having protrusions 12 fitting into the slots 8. The bus bar may be rectangular or round in cross-section and clamps may be secured on both sides of the bar.
