Abstract
1405074 Rotary positive-displacement fluid-machines WERKZEUGMASCHINENKOMBINAT "FRITZ HECKERT" KARL-MARX-STADT VEB 17 Jan 1973 2420/73 Heading F1F To balance radial pressures in an hydraulic motor comprising a rotary piston and abutments 5, 14ÀÀ17 pockets 18À1 to 21À2 are formed in the walls of bores 10ÀÀ13 accommodating the abutments in a central housing-section 1, the pockets communicating with working chambers 26ÀÀ29 and 36, 37 by way of axial bores 31, 32, (34, 35), Fig. 3 (not shown), and annular grooves 30, 33 in the walls of bearing bores 24, 25 formed in housing side-plates 2, 3. Axial pressures on the piston are balanced by concentric annular grooves 39 interconnected by bores 40. The piston may have teeth co-operating with apertures 41 in the abutments. Working fluid may be supplied to the chambers 27, 28 and discharged from the chambers 26, 29 through channels indicated in Fig. 1 by broken lines. Journals 22, 23 of the abutments may be lubricated by the working fluid and furnished with annular grooves 38 to minimize leakage.
