Controlling handles or levers associated with hand steering-devices.- Relates to the control of a tractor which is steered and controlled through a pair of rigidlyconnected handle-bars, by an operator walking behind. The handlebars are fitted with hand-grips 21<1>. The clutch is controlled by a lever 22 through a connexion 23. A catch 24 is provided for the lever 22 and a spring push-button 33 controls the throttle.
