1401636 Clamps SOC D'ORGANISME DE GESTION DE PRODUCTIONS INDUSTRIELLES 30 June 1972 [1 July 1971] 30814/72 Heading E2B A clamp for joining and clamping two pipes or tubes of different diameters which are engaged one in the other comprises two halfshells 1, 2 which together form a frusto-conical shell and are joined to one another by formations 7 on one-half shell which are received in axial sliding manner by formations 4 on the other half-shell. As shown, the clamp may be provided with wings 3 for the reception of plastics caps 12, Fig. 12, and may have ribs or serrations 5. Tongues 8 may be folded over the wings.
