Abstract

1393823 A stirring and dispensing device F A J AUBRY 27 April 1973 20256/73 Addition to 1334465 Heading B1C A device for stirring and dispensing a mixed product comprises a liquid medium having distributed therein components tending to separate and settle, which device comprises a container 3 having a neck 2, a cap 1 screwable onto the neck, a brush 27 for applying the mixed product accommodated in the container, which brush is independent of the closure cap, and a stirring member comprising a sleeve 5 coaxial with the neck and cooperating with the brush so as to be rotatable therewith and two flexible resilient arms 9, 10 integral with the sleeve and each carrying a blade 11, 12 respectively, each of the arms having a reinforcing stay 29, 28 respectively, which extends substantially from the arm midway between the top of the blade and the bottom of the neck of the container and bears against said shoulder. The sleeve 5 may extend further and there may be two stays to each leg, both stays for each leg meeting at the point X. The sleeve also has slots therein to allow entry of the stirring member into the container. Complementary grooves 22, 24 provide drive between the brush and the stirring member.
