Handle 14 rotates ring 6 by means of pinion 12, meshing with teeth 10. A self-aligning bearing 18 permits ring 21 to move axially, against the action of compression spring 20, but is prevented from rotation by engagement with pins 18a. Guide pins 23 prevent the sections 3 and 17 from relative rotation.
