1389570 3-(3-Pentadecylamidobenzamido)- 5-pyrazoles FUJI PHOTO FILM CO Ltd 13 Sept 1972 [13 Sept 1971] 42587/72 Heading C2C [Also in Division G2] 1 - (2,4,6 - Trichlorophenyl) - 3 - (3 - pentadecylamidobenzamido)- 5 - acetyloxypyrazole is prepared by refluxing the triethylamine salt of the corresponding 5-pyrazolone in acetonitrile with acetyl chloride. The triethylamine salt of 1 - (2,4,6 - trichlorophenyl) - 3 - (3 - pentadecylamidobenzamido)-5-pyrazolone is prepared by heating to dissolution the pyrazolone with triethylamine in acetonitrile and cooling with ice.
