1389483 Selective printing MATSUSHITA ELECTRIC INDUSTRIAL CO Ltd 3 March 1972 [4 March 1971] 10120/72 Heading B6F A thermal print head comprises a semiconductor body 11 of N- or P-type, a layer 12 of opposite conductivity being formed in a surface thereof by diffusion, and conductors 13 being provided to supply current to the layer 12. Insulating layers 14 separate the conductors 13 from the body 11.
