Abstract

1385556 Squid product OSHIO SURUME KK 9 Oct 1972 [7 Oct 1971] 46490/72 Headings A2B and A2E Skinned, cut, and split raw squid, having the viscera and legs removed, is impregnated with a seasoning or flavouring agent, roasted under pressure between two metallic plates or grilled on a metallic net, thereafter rolled with a press-roller comprising a plurality of paired rollers positioned in parallel such that material passes from one pair to the next, torn into shapes provided with fluffs or cut into shapes, and contacted with a seasoning or flavouring agent, which adheres to the shapes. The product may be vacuum packed and heat sterilized.
