Abstract
1382290 Squid product OSHIO SURUME KK 9 Oct 1972 [7 Oct 1971] 46489/72 Heading A2B The body of surume (dried squid) from which the legs and fins have been removed is skinned and then soaked in a solution of a seasoning or flavouring agent, after which it is roasted and then either torn into shapes having fluffs or out into shapes, which shapes are thereafter contacted with a seasoning or flavouring agent, which adheres to the shapes. The product may be vacuum packed and heat sterilised.
