1382805 Rocking cots P G THOMPSON 31 Jan 1972 [30 Oct 1970 11 Sept 1971] 51626/70 and 42441/71 Heading A4J [Also in Divisions A5 and A6] A rocking cot 1 which may be a carrying cot or a toy cot is pivotally supported on a base 3 for rocking movement about a transverse axis 2, (32), Fig.3 (not shown) or a longitudinal axis (22), Fig.2 (not shown), rocking being effected by the engagement of a pin 7 on the periphery of a rotatably driven disc 8 with a horizontal slot 6 or vertical slot (26) formed in a plate secured to the cot. The disc 8 is driven by an electric or clockwork motor mounted on a base. The motor may be used to drive a music box.
