1382408 Valves GILARDINI INDUSTRIALE SpA 12 Sept 1973 42926/73 Heading F2V In a thermostatically-actuated valve, the thermostat 9 mounting the closure member 10 is guided by, and a spring 12 biasing the closure member to the closed position is supported by, a support element 13 which has a number of arms 15 connecting the central part to an annular rim 14. The rim is secured in a channel in the valve body by the deformation of an annular lip 19 and arranged such that the rim and lip are recessed with respect to flange face of the valve body.
