138,074. Grande, J. Jan. 18, 1919, [Convention date]. Infusing-machines.-In an apparatus for making coffee, tea, or other infusions, a vessel A, surmounted by an upper perforated part C, is filled with water; a bell G is lowered therein, a central orifice being open to allow escape of air and afterwards closed by a plug B. Coffee &c. is placed on top of the bell. The water is heated by electric or other means and, when it boils, is forced into the upper part C into contact with the coffee &c., and then passes through the perforations and is collected by a channel E leading to a discharge spout F.
