Abstract

1377519 Disperse dye preparations FARBWERKE HOECHST AG 7 Jan 1972 [7 Jan 1971] 842/72 Heading D1B A dyestuff preparation comprises a disperse dye and from 1 to 40 per cent by weight, calculated on the dry dyestuff, of a watersoluble natural resinic acid and/or an acidic modification product thereof. The compositions are prepared by mixing a disperse dye and an alkaline solution of natural resinic acid or acidic modification product thereof and precipitating the resinic acid or modification product on the dyestuff by means of an acid. Root resin, balsam root resin, tall resin and other oxidation products may be used. The dye preparations may be employed for dyeing wound packages of synthetic fibrous materials.
