1375382 Thermoelectric devices ATOMIC ENERGY OF CANADA Ltd 30 Nov 1971 [16 Dec 1970] 24294/73 Heading H1K The subject matter of this Specification is included in the parent Specification 1,375,381, but the claims relate to a method of providing interconnections between semi-conductor limbs arranged in a matrix comprising the steps of coating the surface of the matrix with a solderwettable material which adheres to and is compatible with the semi-conductor material, electrodepositing a solder on a metal foil and then cutting it into suitable strips, soldering the strips in position using a flux to provide the interconnections, trimming off excess solder with a knife, using a gas driven jet of abrasive powder to clear debris from between the strips, washing the resulting module in a solvent for the flux and finally polishing the face of the matrix carrying the interconnections to a flat finish using an abrasive.
