1374698 Hook fastenings BRITISH LEYLAND TRUCK & BUS DIVISION Ltd 20 Feb 1973 [22 Feb 1972] 8212/72 Heading E2A A motor vehicle tilt-cab fastening comprises a stirrup 11 fixed to the cab and held by a hook 24, this hook being vertically lifted out of engagement with the stirrup by rotation of a lever 21 to which the tail of the hook is pivoted at 26, and moved laterally to clear the stirrup by a link 27 pivoted to the casing at 31. The handle is secured by a latch lever 32.
