Abstract

1474862 Control for bucket latch DEERE & CO 23 Oct 1975 [24 Oct 1974] 43661/75 Heading B8M [Also in Divisions E1 and F2] A latch engaging a pivotal bucket on a vehicle is released by means of a cable 18 connected to a release member 42 which is slidable within a support 28 pivoted at 32 to the vehicle body in the cab thereof, the cable being so positioned with respect to the pivot point 32 that pivoting of the support does not cause release of the latch. The cable may be guided round the pivot point 32 a point closely adjacent the pivot point 32, or as shown connected directly to the release member 42 adjacent the pivot 32.
