1371514 Valves ALUMASC Ltd 13 June 1972 [19 July 1971] 33780/71 Heading F2V A relief valve has a die-cast or hot-pressed brass body providing a seat 14 engageable by a rubber disc 15 carried by a member 17 having a spherical periphery 17a and a part-spherical boss 19 received in a complementary recess in a spring seat 20, whereby the disc can seat accurately even when the spring is not truly aligned. Closure disc 23 inhibits access to spring adjuster 22.
