Abstract

1369892 Folding and cutting webs WESTVACO CORP 20 June 1972 [31 Aug 1971] 40090/73 Divided out of 1369891 Heading B8R The subject-matter is the same as part of that of Specification 1,369,891. The claims are directed to the means for cutting two separate webs into sheets and bringing the sheets into a single stream with those from one web longitudinally staggered with respect to those from the other, and then interleaving the sheets by means of co-operating pairs of grippers and tuckers carried on two endless chain assemblies.
