136,408. Middleton, A., and Foreman, P. W. March 12, 1919. Draught and push bars.-The handle-bar b of a perambulator is pivoted at or about the middle of the frame c, so that it may be reversed, and is secured in either position by a catch frame f, the ends e of which engage sockets d on the handlebar. Each frame f is of rectangular form, pivoted at f<1> and having a transverse bar at f<11>, by the depression of which the frame is disengaged from the handle. Springs h hold the catch frames in the engaged position.
