1362623 Fuse boards RKG 4 Aug 1972 36594/72 Headings H2G and H2E A fuse holder comprises an insulating plate 1 and a plurality of resilient contacts 3 arranged in pairs with each pair supporting a fuse link 2; each contact comprising a resilient metal strip folded as a hairpin with two parallel limbs. Each limb is of reduced width over a portion 4 of its length extending from the free end and is folded double over this portion with a protruding tongue 5 bent from one of the thicknesses. The contacts are held to the plate by each limb extending through a slot 6 with the tongues 5 and "shoulders" formed where the reduced width portion terminates bearing against the faces of the plate. Interconnected contacts may be punched from sheet metal joined to one another by bars.
