Abstract

1360733 Optical projection apparatus OPTO-ELECTRONIC DISPLAYS Ltd 22 Dec 1972 [7 Jan 1972] 852/72 Heading G2J A microfilm reader has a pin and slot device for moving a selected sequence of parts of a microfiche or film into the projection plane of the reader. As shown in Fig.1 the slot 10 is attached to a fiche holder and is engaged by a pin 9. A mirror in the folded projection beam path may be flexible to vary the degree of magnification. Such flexing of the mirror is produced by fluid-pressure. The mirror may have a melanite diaphragm which is aluminium coated.
