1360102 Pipe couplings JAMES KEMP & CO PTY Ltd 8 Sept 1971 [9 March 1971] 41968/71 Heading F2G Resilient sealing ring 18, having a lip 19 to ensure effective sealing under high fluid pressure, may be inserted in groove 13 for connection with the plain end of a PVC pipe 10 (Fig. 1, not shown) or, a PVC locking ring 20 may be secured to the pipe by solvent adhesive and the pipe retained in socket 11 by releasable spring clip 21, the other groove 14 being occupied by the sealing ring.
