1355178 Washing machines HOOVER Ltd 19 April 1971 [2 March 1970 23 Feb 1971] 58722/73 and 58723/73 Divided out of 1355177 Heading D1A The present Specification relates to substantially the same subject matter as Specification 1355177 but the claims relate to the provision of a strut 35 surrounding a spring 36 and slidably extending at one end through a universal joint which permits some limited tilting of the strut at the one end. The resilient mounting bushes 40 (Fig. 3) and (204) (Fig. 8, not shown) may be replaced by rigid mountings when the struts will flex during operation of the machine.
