1351435 Piezoelectric resonators A P FEDORKOV M I YAROSLAVSKY and G Y ORLOVSKAYA 17 May 1972 38241/72 Divided out of 1316073 Heading HIE A rotated quartz Y-plate is defined by a first rotation of Œ(19-23) degrees in the XY plane and a second rotation of +(55-66) degrees in the ZY<SP>1</SP> plane. The plate is intended for operation at below 1 MHz in a thicknessshear mode and has a linear temperature/ frequency response which renders it suitable for telemetric temperature measurement.
