Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to monitor status of adhesion of slime accurately by measuring the slime membrane thickness while sampling, by monitoring status of oscillation of a supersonic wave generating vibrator provided with a sampling piping. CONSTITUTION:A supersonic wave vibrator 3 is attached to a sampling piping 1, a frequency-modulated vibration is given to this oscillator 3, and a dynamic impedance feedback type oscillator 7 which follows resonating frequency of the oscillator 3 is also connected to the sampling piping 1. In this constitution, the oscillator 7 is driven to vibrate the vibrator 3. The oscillator 7 follows the resonating frequency, which changes in accordance with variation of thickness of slime membrane in the piping 1, and generates vibration wave, and the frequency is shown on a monitor 9. In this mechanism, if relation between the resonating frequency and the slime membrane thickness is prescribed in advance, it is possible to read a deviated value of the resonating frequency as an index of the slime membrane thickness.
