Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the measurement of the frequency characteristics of a pressure sensor possible by filling fluid in a pressure-resistant vessel of which the side wall or partition wall is constituted of a sheet, mounting a test pressure sensor to the side wall and giving vibrations by way of the ceramic vibrators affixed to the sheet. CONSTITUTION:Ceramic vibrators 3, 3' having the mutually reversed polarities are mounted to a partition wall 2 consisting of a sheet provided at the center in a pressure-resistant vessel 1, and a test pressure sensor 4 is mounted to the side wall of the vessel 1. Liquid is filled in the vessel 1 via stop valves 6, 6'. The output of an oscillator 7 is applied to the vibrators 3, 3' via a power amplifier 8, whereby the liquid is vibrated. The sensor 4 emits an electric signal upon receiving vibrating pressure, and the output characteristics thereof with respect to the frequency (f) of the oscillator 7 are recorded in an XY recorder by way of signal conditioners 9, 10, whereby the frequency characteristics are obtained.
