Pharmaceutical compositions having antianginal activity and/or hypotensive/anti-hypertensive activity, for oral or parenteral administration, comprise a compound I or II, or a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof, together with a pharmaceutical carrier or diluent.
