Abstract

1346668 Block cutting HENRIKSEN og HENRIKSEN INDUSTRI AS 15 Nov 1971 [16 Nov 1970] 52933/71 Heading B5A A lightweight concrete block 3 in plastic condition is sub-divided by vertical cutters 9 in a frame 10, which may be vertically oscillated, when transferred from a flat stationary support 1 to a flat stationary support 2 by a frame 6 supported by rollers 5 engaging stationary beams 4. The supports may comprise wheeled mould bottoms conveyed to and from the cutting station where they are held by blocks 14; the block 3 is clamped within the frame 6 by plates 7 adjusted by screws 15, and is abutted at its rear end by spaced vertical slats 8 urged against the block by screws 17 acting on a bar 16. Each cutter 9 is aligned with a space between adjacent slats.
