1346163 Alkyl derivatives of 4<SP>1</SP>-aminomethylspino[dibenzo(a-d)cycloheptadi- (or tri)- ene 5 : 2<SP>1</SP> - dioxolane(1<SP>1</SP>,3<SP>1</SP>)] DELALANDE SA 3 Jan 1973 [1 Dec 1972 5 Dec 1972] 311/73 Addition to 1295815 Heading C2 Alkyl derivatives of 4<SP>1</SP>-uminomethylspino- [dibenzo(a-d)cycloheptadi- (or tri)ene - 5 : 2<SP>1</SP>- dioxolane(1<SP>1</SP>,3<SP>1</SP>)] of formula in which Z represents a -CH 2 -CH 2 - or -CH=CH- bridge and R represents an alkyl group having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms and their maleate salts are claimed per se. The compounds may be prepared by condensing in a benzene medium 4<SP>1</SP>-bromomethyl spino[dibenzo(a-d)cycloheptadi - (or tri)ene - 5 : 2<SP>1 </SP>- dioxolane- (1<SP>1</SP>,3<SP>1</SP>)] of formula with a primary amine of formula R-NH 2 . The compounds have therapeutic application.
