Hair-curling appliances.-A hair-curler comprises a heating-member a, adapted to be enclosed in a detachable casing h, and a pivotal member d, which serves as a handle whilst member a is being heated, and which is sprung into the closed position, Fig. 3, after the casing h has been attached and the hair rolled thereon. The member d engages grooves f on the heater and recesses j on the casing as shown.
