Abstract
1343591 D.C. to D.C. converter CHUBU SEIKI KK 13 July 1972 [13 July 1971] 32749/72 Heading H2F [Also in Division G1] A converter, for use in an insulation tester, see Division G1, includes a blocking oscillator 17, 18, 20, 21, a rectifier doubler 22, which applies a D.C. voltage to terminal 28, 30, and a normally closed relay 32 which, when power is removed by a switch 12 from the oscillator, automatically grounds both terminals. The arrangement also includes a rheostat 15 for adjusting the output voltage, which can be read on a meter 31, and a battery charging arrangement 13, 14.
