Abstract

134,161. Lindsay, G. March 27, 1919. Moulds.-A device for moulding plastic substances, such as fish-cakes, croquettes, jellies, fats, sugar ornamentations, &c., comprises a base member a having a plain or intaglio surface a<2>, and a mould member b adapted to be supported by the member a, to which it is locked by projections b<1> engaging recesses a<1>. The member b is formed with an aperture b<2> of desired configuration having vertical walls b<3> whereby the moulded article may be removed from the front or the back thereof. In use, the member b is placed upon the base a and filled with plastic material, which is rendered flush with the surface of the member b. The member b is removed, carrying with it the moulded article. Specification 6734/15 is referred to.
