Abstract

596,368. Moulds for concentrated table jellies &c. LOVELL, C. D., and FOSTER CLARK. Ltd. May 24, 1944, No. 10054. [Class 87 (ii)] [Also in Group VI] A mould comprises a base 1, end walls 2, 3 having blocks 7, 8 secured thereto, side walls 9, 10 hinged to the blocks, and partitions 4 upstanding from the base for dividing a jelly block into a number of united but readily separable sections. The partitions are of less depth from front to back than the ends, and are tapered from front to back to facilitate ejection of the moulded jelly. Interrupted horizontal partitions 5, 6 are similarly tapered. Ejection may be facilitated by heating the jelly. The mould may be of aluminium or stainless steel.
