1339370 Sliding clasp fastener OPTI-HOLDING AG 21 Dec 1971 [28 Dec 1970] 59208/71 Addition to 1288271 Heading E2S A sliding clasp fastener as described in Specification 1288271 is modified in that the elements 3 are secured to the stringer tapes 2 by two single-needle double chain stitching seams 9 having gripping loops 10 passing over the loop sections 7 of elements 3 on both sides of connecting sections 8. In Fig. 2 (not shown) the stitching is of the two-needle type with needle threads 11 aligned on both sides of sections 8. Reference has been directed by the comptroller to Specification 906558.
