1335431 Microtomes VICKERS Ltd 7 June 1972 [7 June 1971] 19298/71 Heading G2J Sections cut by a microtome from a waxembedded specimen 3, are delivered (separated by an air knife 4) into a channel 5 and carried by a flowing liquid to a weir 6. They contact a film 16 and adhere thereto by surface tension to be subsequently dried by roller 21 and coated at 29.
