Spring wheels with continuous outer resilient suspension ring.-In a wheel having a dual tread, each tread is formed by one or more rings 7 of steel or other resilient material embedded in rubber &c. 6 and suspended from the rim 2 by canvas or like bands 5. The two tyre portions thus formed may be separate or in one piece, and are clamped to the rim by a security-band 4. Rubber treads 8 are fitted as shown.
