Abstract

1332946 Bakery apparatus G M KAMRA 13 July 1971 32794/71 Heading A2A [Also in Division A4] A cooking apparatus comprises an enclosure 2 housing a rotatable support 3 for articles to be cooked, and first and second heating elements 7a, 7b disposed respectively above and below the support. The element 7a is, and the element 7b may be, vertically adjustable. Rotation of the support 3 may be interrupted, to facilitate loading, by a lever 6 which disconnects a shaft 4 from motor 5. The enclosure 2, which is supported by an adjustable tripod 12 and is of double-walled sheet metal with a heat insulating lining, carries in its cover 2b a container from which oil 27 may be dispensed on depression of a spring-loaded plunger 15. A second liquid container (not shown) may be provided for a pancake mix &c. The cover 2b also carries a dough shaper 16 consisting of a number of rollers.
