Abstract

1330812 Ventilators DAIMLER-BENZ AG 9 June 1972 [11 June 1971] 27094/72 Heading F4V [Also in Division B7] A vehicle air duct 2 for heating, ventilating and/or air conditioning has an air distributer comprising a circular disc 3 rotatable on a supporting plate 6 and carrying rockable slats 5 one of which carries a handle 8 for independently turning the disc or rocking the slats, the supporting plate being connected by bridge pieces 9 to an annular flange 10 whose inner edge protrudes into the duct and whose outer edge serves to attach the distributer to the edge of an opening in the duct wall. Two such discs may be disposed one beside the other on the supporting plate and turning of the discs is limited by an adjustable stop. Gaps 15 between bridge pieces 9 allow for ventillation of the vehicle even when slats 5 are closed.
