Abstract

1329327 Shelving AIRWAY PRODUCTS CORP 11 Nov 1971 52472/71 Heading A4B A shelving assembly comprises plates 90 extending between spaced U-section columns 20 and shelf brackets 31 supported by the columns 20, each column 20 being provided in each of its leg portions 23 with a vertical row of slots 24 and in its web portion 21 with two vertical rows of projections 22, each projection 22 being formed by displacement of material between two horizontal cuts in the web 21, and the brackets 31 including tabs 32, 33, 34 which are passed through the slots 24 to bear on the undersides of the projections 22. The tabs 32-34 are formed with notches 38, 39, 381 which are engaged over the lower edges of the slots 24 when it is desired alternatively to support shelves in a downwardly and forwardly inclined position. The assembly may include base gussets 40 carrying levelling screws to compensate for unevenness of the floor. (For Figures see next page)
