Abstract

1328622 Sun vizors HAPPICH GmbH Gebr 18 June 1971 [24 July 1970] 28814/71 Addition to 1279925 Heading B7J A sun vizor body 1 comprises two parts 2, 3 of substantially similar shape and thickness made of foamed plastics material which are joined together by an integrally moulded thinner hinge 4, one or each of the parts 2, 3 having a recess 6 which accomodates a wire reinforcing wire insert 5, and having complementary recesses and projections 9, 10, 11 which interengage when the parts 2, 3 are folded together about the hinge. The recesses 6 may have transverse ribs 8 to allow for any slight variations, due to manufacturing tolerances in the shape of the insert 5 or for slight departures from the planar form of the inserts.
