As the package 13 decreases in height the arms 2 swing outwards to hold it. The arms 3 may be biassed inwardly by weights or springs. A frustoconical hat may be provided on the supporting frame 5 to cover the short arms 3. The angle between the arms 2 and 3 is between 120‹ and 170‹.
