1327074 Load handling pallets LAWTON (SUCCESSORS) Ltd 1 Sept 1971 [3 Sept 1970] 42119/70 Heading B8H A pallet converter to enable loaded pallets to be superimposed comprises corner posts 10 provided with hook-receiving brackets 14 for receiving hook-like projections 16b, 16c of tie bars 11 extending between the posts. The projections 16b, 16c at each end of each tie bar are horizontally eff-set relative to each other whereby, by reversing the tie bars, the converter can be used for pallets of different sizes, e.g. corresponding imperial and metric sizes. The tie bar projections may be provided with leaf springs 17.
