1325966 False twisting CHAVANOZ SA 11 Oct 1971 [12 Oct 1970] 47223/71 Headings D1D and D1F A false twist spindle 8 is magnetically held against a driving roller(s) 11-14 which has an axial yarn passage(s) 16, 17 therethrough, and yarn guides 22-28 are provided for changing the direction of travel of the yarn. The twisting device can false twist yarn by use of the passages 16, 17 and/or by use of the spindle 8 by selection of the path of travel of the yarn over the various guides and passages (Figs. 3 to 7 not shown).
